The Plugin stores the following data in a SQLite database on your WordPress server:

• Chatbot configurations — Names, system prompts, styles, provider settings
• Chat conversations — Messages between your website visitors and the chatbot
• Lead information — Name, email, phone number (only if you enable lead capture and the visitor provides it)
• CSAT ratings — Customer satisfaction scores
• License key — Your ChatCraft AI license key (stored for activation verification)

This data remains on your server. We have no access to it unless you explicitly share it with us for support purposes.

2.3 Data Sent to AI Providers

When a visitor chats with your chatbot, the Plugin sends the conversation to your configured AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) via their API. This data is subject to the respective provider's privacy policy:

2.4 Data Collected by Gumroad

When you purchase ChatCraft AI, Gumroad processes your payment. Gumroad collects:

This data is handled by Gumroad's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your payment information.

2.5 Data Collected on This Website

When you visit izri.online, we may collect:

The Plugin uses minimal cookies:

• No tracking cookies — We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking

Our website (izri.online) uses Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and privacy-friendly.

6. Third-Party Services

The Plugin interacts with the following third-party services:

• AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, etc.) — When you configure API keys
• Gumroad — For payment processing and license management
• WordPress — The Plugin runs within the WordPress ecosystem

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Since most data is stored on your server, you have full control. Deleting the Plugin removes all its data.

ChatCraft AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
