1. Purpose and parties
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern all sales concluded on the Izri.Online store available at izri.online, operated by the agency Izri.Online ("the Seller"). By placing an order, you (the "Buyer") acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.
2. Products and services
The store offers digital services and products: custom websites, e-commerce, branding, social media management, AI automation, and digital products (guides, templates). Each product listing states its full description, its content, and its price.
3. Ordering process
Orders are placed through the online store. Once your order is submitted, it is confirmed and prepared via WhatsApp. A confirmation message is sent to you using the contact details you provided; it summarises the references ordered, the total amount and the next steps.
4. Price and payment
Prices are expressed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD/DH), all taxes included, unless stated otherwise on the product page. The payment is made after delivery (cash on delivery, bank transfer, or Wave). We agree together, during the WhatsApp confirmation, on the payment method that suits you.
5. Confirmation and order validation
An order is only considered valid once the order summary has been validated on WhatsApp by the Buyer. In the absence of a reply within a reasonable period, the order may be cancelled.
6. Delivery and execution
The delivery deadlines of services or delivery of digital products are communicated during the WhatsApp confirmation. For digital products, delivery is made electronically (download link, email, or messaging) once payment is agreed.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you benefit from a legal right of withdrawal of 7 working days, in accordance with Moroccan law, from the date of the order, unless the service has already begun or the digital product has been delivered with your agreement.
8. After-sales service and support
For any question, request or assistance, the Seller can be contacted via WhatsApp or at the address shown on the contact page, within the response times communicated at the time of confirmation.
9. Liability
The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order. The Seller cannot be held liable in case of force majeure or for indirect damages (loss of data, loss of profit, etc.) resulting from the use of the services or products purchased.
10. Data protection
The data collected when ordering (name, email address, phone number) are used solely for the processing of your order and for our commercial relationship, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Morocco.
