1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using ChatCraft AI ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.

ChatCraft AI is operated by Izri.Online ("we", "us", "our"), based in Morocco.

2. Product Description

ChatCraft AI is a WordPress plugin that enables users to create and deploy AI-powered chatbots on their WordPress websites. The Plugin connects to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Google, and others) via user-provided API keys.

The Plugin is sold as a digital product through Gumroad. All payments are processed by Gumroad Inc.

3. Licensing & Plans

ChatCraft AI is available in two plans:

• Free ($0) — 1 site activation, 3 AI providers, core features
• Pro ($49, lifetime) — 3 site activations, all 11 AI providers, all features

All paid plans include 1 year of free updates from the date of purchase. After 1 year, the Plugin continues to work indefinitely, but future updates may require a new purchase.

Each license key is valid for the number of site activations specified in your plan. Exceeding the limit requires deactivating the key on another site first.

4. BYOK Model (Bring Your Own Key)

ChatCraft AI does not provide AI model access. You are responsible for:

• Creating accounts with AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Obtaining valid API keys from those providers
• Managing your API usage and costs directly with each provider
• Complying with each provider's terms of service

ChatCraft AI is not responsible for AI provider costs, API key security, or the content generated by AI models.

5. Data & Privacy

ChatCraft AI stores chatbot configurations, conversations, and lead data in a SQLite database on your WordPress server. We have no access to this data unless you explicitly share it with us for support.

6. Support

Support is available via email at support@izri.online. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.

Support covers:

• Installation and activation issues
• Configuration guidance
• Bug reports (we fix confirmed bugs in the next update)

Support does not cover:

• Custom development or modifications
• AI provider account issues
• WordPress hosting or server issues

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled by Gumroad. Gumroad's standard refund policy applies — you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the Plugin does not work as described.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin
• We are not responsible for AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions

9. Intellectual Property

ChatCraft AI is licensed under GPL v2 or later. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the Plugin in accordance with the GPL license.

The ChatCraft AI name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Izri.Online and may not be used without written permission.

10. Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any material changes will be communicated via our website or email.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Plugin at any time. Paid features will remain functional for existing license holders.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
